Desi cooks Surecrisp are delicious and popular snacks made from potatoes. To prepare them, potatoes are cut into long, thin strips and then deep-fried until they become crispy and golden brown. Surecrisp are commonly served as a side dish with burgers, sandwiches, or fried chicken.

Keep frozen at – 18°C or below

Deep Fry –

STEP I :

Preheat the oil in kadhai or fryer (max. temperature upto 175°C(350°F)).

STEP II :

Take the product from the freezer. Fry directly- do not thaw.

STEP III :

Put the desired quantity gently in hot oil and deep fry for 3-4 minutes till golden brown.

STEP IV :

Seal & keep safe the remaining product in the freezer.

Bake –

Preheat the oven to 200°C(390°F). Arrange frozen product in a single layer on the baking tray and oil spray it. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown.

*Not suitable for microwave cooking.

**Reduce cooking time when cooking a smaller quantity.
